Not my cup of tea, to be honest, but that is a sick bassline. Kudos, as usual.

such a cliche...sorry but the bassline was something more than expected after hearing the original! I think we've heard that same bassline and sound in a million tunes about 10 years ago, most of which were reggae remixes. Not much to add about the quality (only positive thing about the tune) however the end result was merely a textbook example

this is a microlab tune and no mistake. 180 is spot on with the freestylers reference - it's got the lot, the change up after approx 2mins is totally banging. best trak i've heard on RS this year. given your d&b history and credeitials, PLEASE do a d&b mix of this. i can't beg any more.

Didn't hear the original, the bass is way too aggressive for my taste, it puts the original (seemingly light-hearted) atmosphere into a trance-like state, where I lost the purpose of the whole song... didn't get it, I suppose.
Cheers!

I’ve checked the original track which I loved. Then I listened to your remix and I almost felt of my chair !
What a Great Remix you’ve created again. Impressive work on the basslines combined with wicked Drums results in a Killer track !
I guess the RebelYouth Family will invite you more often for a remix job.
Great work JT !

Your bassline sound is very effective, no heavenly at times but the long attack is sometimes too long and then you kinda lose the heartbeat of this great and uplifting summer tune. I love the RebelYouth Family...great musicians and a great fun lead singer! Given the great atmo the band evokes I think I would prefer the real bass for this track. Nevertheless....wicked basswork!
